Request a Prescription Refill

The most direct way to request a refill for your child is to call our office directly and leave a voicemail on our refill line.  The main number to our office is 617-745-0050.  Alternatively, you may also request a refill via the secure Patient Portal.

When calling in a refill please:

  • Tell us the patient name and date of birth
  • Provide the best phone number to reach you
  • Provide the prescription name and dosage
  • Provide the name, address and, or phone number of your pharmacy
  • Certain medications require the patient be seen every one to three months in order to continue to receive the prescription
  • We will call you only if there is a problem with the prescription or if the patient needs a medication appointment

Please allow 3-7 business days for a refill to be processed.
