Our office will close under extreme weather conditions at our discretion if it is deemed unsafe for staff and patients to drive to the office, if the governor declares a state of emergency or travel ban, or if the governor states that non-essential personnel should stay home.
If we open and then decide to close early, we will call patients to let them know and reschedule appointments. Please check your messages prior to venturing out.
If we decide to close the office before we open, we will post the closing on our website and Facebook page and then we will call to reschedule appointments when the office re-opens.
Of course, please use your best judgment about weather safety for you and your family. Please call to cancel your appointment if it seems unsafe in your locale since New England weather can vary greatly from town to town.
This policy will, we hope, save us all from a lot of wondering and concern about whether to try to come into the office or not.
We will always have a provider on call to answer questions and give you guidance 24/7 no matter what the weather.
